Members and their families are encouraged to participate in the 2011 Clean Up Australia project, on this coming Sunday (6 March).
It’s a chance to collectively scour the coastline and get rid of all sorts of dumped garbage.
Last year a massive turn-out extracted tonnes of unsightly rubbish and bric-a-brac.
If you want to take part, please see Carol – Mel’s Mum – outside the Pavilion from 8am-10am.
Carol will provide the bags. You bring the gloves.
Clean Up Australia is a terrific project that does what it says it will do. So any support given is gratefully received.
