Countdown on for the November shoot-out

Ok, girls and boys, the final championship showdown is fast approaching.

Just who will win the famous international championships for 2013 – Open, Juniors and Groms – will be determined this coming weekend – 2 or 3 November.

Let’s face it, it has been a shocker of a season on the Reef…an absolute desert of title fights thanks to miserable swell conditions.

But the word is out – Huey is understood to have made a bargain with the Devil to serve up waves that are contestable.

So wax up in anticipation for a surf shoot-out worthy of a Hollywood blockbuster.

And if Huey is playing tricks for this weekend, then it will be down to who is hottest on 16-17 November.
