World Title Fights – Round 2

After a month of peace and tranquillity on the Reef, the battles are back on for the 2011 championships.

Waves permitting, it will be action upon action this weekend as members across the three divisions push their title credentials.

Round 1 was a beauty, with one of the highest possible standards of wave-shredding seen at Shoes in years.

Not even a southerly buster could quell the forces of swell annihilation.

So expect a similar level of fireworks in Round 2.

When crowns are on the line, Shoes members – from SuperGroms to Open – go for broke.

If the swell doesn’t cooperate then the back-up dates are 19-20 March.
